The Bonano’s were banned from the commission at that time and had been following the Donnie Brasco incident.
It was John Gotti who later allowed them back on the commission under boss Joe Messino

It wasn’t the first since Es fbi surveillance photos of Paul Castellano, fat Tony, tony ducks, I can’t remember who else, I think Persico sent someone, all entering a house, at separate times and then Eventually leaving.

Sorry but you are wrong. There was another commission meeting in Brooklyn. The feds got pics of the bosses leaving the house. The got pics of Tony ducks fat Tony Gerry lang and big Paul and Tommy billoti. There are feds pics to back this.
