💰 West Cash Gang – Targeted in “Operation Cash Out,” this group ran a multi-million dollar drug and firearms conspiracy across Charleston. More than 200 law enforcement officers helped bring them down in a sweeping 46-count indictment!
💵 Paid Family – This gang was trafficking over 100 pounds of marijuana into South Carolina, using Columbia Metropolitan Airport as a smuggling hub. They even ran a trucking business to launder drug money!
📱 Operation Cash Cow – A massive contraband smuggling ring run from inside South Carolina prisons! Gang leaders used cellphones behind bars to coordinate drug deals, kidnappings, and even murder-for-hire plots.
🔫 Billies (East Side Bloods) – A fentanyl, heroin, and cocaine empire run by the Billies gang, linked to multiple shootings and firearms trafficking in Myrtle Beach and Florence. The FBI and DEA led a huge joint operation to shut them down.

⚖️ Insane Gangster Disciples (IGD) – The largest RICO conspiracy in South Carolina history! IGD members inside state prisons controlled a massive drug empire, ordered murders, kidnappings, and even expanded into international trafficking.
